A gut wrenching thoroughly engaging drama. Well acted by all actors. It could be renamed "Diana's Revenge". Though it seems very unlikely that the people would rebel if the King refused to sign a bill that limits the power of the press. After all, his not signing was truly a moral position as it is mostly in his own interest to limit the press and its mostly in the people's interest to have a press unfettered by the whims of the government. The movie did a brilliant job sparingly but effectively using Shakespearean language and themes while keeping the story understandable and contemporary. This movie with its chilling soundtrack was so effective that it will take me a while to shake off my sympathy for the real life Charles, and even Camilla and my distain for the real life Kate, William and Harry. I kept hoping Charles could have ordered "off with his head" in various situations. My only problem is that the end was far too abrupt. Lets hope the tale will have no bearing in reality.
