Cyrus Copeland narrated his life during the revolution in Iran and American hostage crisis. A fascinating memoir story richly told from the point of view of the three narrators. It is a memoir of the author's family's experience when his (American) father was accused of being a spy in Iran at the beginning of the revolution in the late 1970s. It is also the story of his heroism (Iranian) mother's efforts to save her husband and get him out of Iran. The third part of the story is the author's search to find out as much as he could to know his father, what happened and whether or not his dad was in the CIA. I highly recommend this book. I found the book to be both engaging and worth reading.
