The Christmas stocking tale: two mice, Kit and Tuffy have only Christmas Eve to find the ingredients they need to concot medicine for their little brother Skip, who is very ill. The kiss under the mistletoe: While living contendedly with the director of an orphanage named Marianne, three orphans from a single family - Alice, Albert and Arthur, are seperated when the two boys are adopted leaving Alice behind. The legend of the Christmas tree: Seven-year-old William's best friends are three trees and three animals who all live near the village church. When the priest of the church decides to expand the church, the friends band together to save their friendship. The tradition of the Christmas log: After head chef Mr. Bakewell discovers Anthony's sister and her two friends hiding in the pantry of the Chateau Frontenac's kitchen, Anthony and the other assistant pastry chefs can only watch helplessly as the featured desert for the hotel's inaugural Christmas dinner is ruined.
